PLFF™ Training Terms & Conditions

Provider Liaison Field Framework™
PLFF Strategies LLC

Effective Date: October 9, 2026

These Training Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern registration for and participation in the PLFF™ Fall 2026 Live Cohort offered by PLFF Strategies LLC ("PLFF," "we," or "us").

By completing registration and affirmatively accepting these Terms, the purchaser and registered participant, as applicable, agree to the following provisions.

  1. Program Registration

The PLFF™ Fall 2026 Live Cohort consists of four scheduled live training sessions:

  • Wednesday, October 28, 2026

  • Wednesday, November 4, 2026

  • Wednesday, November 11, 2026

  • Wednesday, November 18, 2026

Registration is $1,295 per participant, payable at checkout.

Each registration provides access for one named participant. Purchasing multiple seats does not authorize sharing a single registration among multiple attendees.

Session times, access instructions, and applicable training logistics will be communicated to registered participants.

  1. Included Training Resources

Registration includes four live training sessions, designated participant workbooks, field exercises, training tools and templates, and opportunities for interactive discussion and Q&A.

Access to future PLFF Academy programs, Specialty Playbooks, certification, consulting, or organizational licensing is not included unless expressly stated in the purchased offering.

  1. Intellectual Property Ownership

PLFF™ training content, original curriculum, presentations, educational materials, workbooks, field cards, original diagrams, written explanations, instructional resources, branding, and associated creative materials are owned by PLFF Strategies LLC or its applicable licensors, to the extent of their respective rights.

These materials may incorporate proprietary PLFF frameworks and educational content, including the Office Ecosystem Map™, Office Influence Map™, Resource-First Strategy™, Relationship Operating System™, and other PLFF-branded training resources.

Registration does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

  1. Limited Professional-Use License

PLFF grants each registered participant a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access the provided training materials and use them for personal professional education and authorized internal application within the participant's pharmacy or organization.

Participants may apply the concepts and strategies they learn in their ordinary professional activities.

A registered participant may use the provided templates and worksheets in their own work, including creating completed working copies for their individual professional use.

This license does not extend to distributing blank templates, training other personnel using PLFF materials, or establishing a broader organizational training program without separate authorization.

  1. Prohibited Uses

Without PLFF's prior written permission, participants may not:

  • Sell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute PLFF training materials.

  • Share workbooks, recordings, presentation files, or downloadable training resources with unregistered individuals.

  • Reproduce or adapt PLFF materials for external training, commercial workshops, consulting, or competing educational products.

  • Upload PLFF training content to publicly accessible repositories, unauthorized AI training datasets, or third-party content libraries.

  • Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.

  • Represent themselves as PLFF-certified, PLFF-authorized trainers, or official PLFF representatives without authorization.

  • Share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to live sessions or protected resources.

These restrictions apply subject to applicable law and do not prohibit lawful independent development or the use of general professional knowledge and skills.

  1. Confidentiality and Participant Privacy

Participants agree to respect nonpublic PLFF materials expressly identified as confidential and confidential business information voluntarily shared by other attendees.

Participants should not disclose identifiable patient information, protected health information, or sensitive practice information during training.

PLFF may use registration information to administer the program, communicate with participants, and provide purchased services, consistent with its applicable privacy disclosures.

  1. Recordings and Participant Contributions

Participants may not record, livestream, or redistribute live training sessions without written permission.

If PLFF plans to record sessions, it will notify participants and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

Participant names, images, voices, or testimonials will not be used in external promotional materials without appropriate authorization.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund Deadline

Participants may request a full refund by emailing PLFF no later than October 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

Participant Transfers

A registration may be transferred to another eligible participant within the same pharmacy or organization at no additional charge.

Transfer requests must be submitted by October 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time and must include the replacement participant's name and email address.

Transfers are subject to PLFF's confirmation.

After the Refund Deadline

Refunds are generally unavailable after October 21, 2026, except where required by law.

PLFF may, at its discretion, offer a credit toward a future training program for exceptional circumstances. Any credit offered will be confirmed in writing.

Program Cancellation

If PLFF cancels the entire cohort without providing a reasonably equivalent replacement, registered participants will be offered a full refund. Participants may alternatively elect a credit toward a future program.

For material schedule changes, PLFF will communicate available remedies consistent with applicable law.

  1. Educational Purpose and Professional Responsibility

PLFF provides business development and professional education, not individualized legal, medical, or regulatory advice.

Participants and their organizations remain responsible for applicable pharmacy regulations, privacy requirements, employment obligations, and professional standards.

PLFF does not guarantee specific prescription volumes, revenue increases, referral growth, or business outcomes.

  1. Organizational and Commercial Licensing

Registration does not grant an organization-wide license, instructor authorization, certification, resale right, franchise, or commercial training license.

Such rights require a separate written agreement with PLFF Strategies LLC.

  1. Third-Party Content

Any third-party materials, trademarks, or resources remain subject to their respective owners' rights and applicable permissions.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of materials belonging to PLFF's strategic partners or other third parties.

  1. Breach and Access

PLFF may suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate material misuse of training resources, unauthorized redistribution, or significant violations of these Terms.

Where practical, PLFF will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Any termination or restriction remains subject to applicable law and the participant's rights under these Terms.

  1. Changes to These Terms

The version accepted at registration governs that purchase unless the parties subsequently agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change.

PLFF may update terms for future registrations and offerings.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by Colorado law, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections and any jurisdictional limitations.
